In 1923, in a modest building on Detroit's northeast side, a partnership was formed between three individuals, Mrs. Emma J. O'Toole and her two sons, Owen and Frank. Within a few years this partnership incorporated and became Triangle Electric Company, one of the best electrical contractors in the Detroit area.
