at Ford Motor Company's Romeo Engine Plant

Triangle Electric completed the electrical segment of the relocation of Ford Motor's Cobra Engine Line at the Romeo Engine Plant in just one month's time. The cobra line is where the Mustang Cobra engines are assembled by hand. The maintenance building upgrade was needed to meet Ford facility standards which added several aspects to the project.

A small crew of wiremen also worked on the installation of the Bore Spray Line at the Romeo Engine Plant. In the spring of 2000 Triangle disconnected the Bore Spray Machinery from the OEM's facility to be shipped to the plant. This new line involves a unique process in which steel is sprayed into the cylinders of the engine blocks. The installation began in June and was completed by September.
