PAL Stadium

Triangle Electric completed the electrical work for the Detroit Police Athletic League Headquarters, and baseball field, at the Corner Ballpark, former site of Tiger Stadium in downtown Detroit. This job included the complete building infrastructure; installation of lighting, controls, fire alarm systems, mechanical controls, and all branch circuitry for the building and offices. Additionally, Triangle installed all underground conduits to the field lighting system, and installed power and lighting at the historical showcases outside the stadium.

Beacon Park

 

DTE Energy’s Beacon Park, is a year-round outdoor green space, that hosts activities, markets, and events in the city of Detroit. Triangle performed the work for the complete building infrastructure, which included the installation of an underground conduit system to feed two concert stages, as well as installing LED ground lighting throughout the park. Other aspects of this job included installing power pedestals for separate vending locations, installing intricate ceiling lighting in the restaurant area, and installing LED lighting on the outdoor rooftop seating area. Work at Beacon Park started in November of 2016, and concluded in August of 2017.

The Detroit Athletic Club

Triangle Electric had the privilege of completing the electrical work at the historic Detroit Athletic Club, during their clubhouse expansion. Power and lighting were installed in the new atrium, at the entrance to the club, and on the new seventh floor which included a restaurant, cigar lounge, and banquet area. The seventh floor addition included new 800 Amp service from the existing basement service.

Ford Technical Training Center 

The Ford Technical Training Center is the site of apprentice training for all trades, and includes classrooms that are set up to teach specific skills such as machine repair, electrical work, welding, and more. The entire building is undergoing a total service upgrade, and Triangle Electric is completing the electrical work. The work at the Ford Technical Training Center includes installation of: Lighting, power, and control packages, fire alarm systems, branch circuit power, as well as data rough-in.

Wagner

Triangle is completing the electrical work at the Ford development at the site of the Wagner hotel, on Michigan Avenue in Dearborn. This development includes two, three story buildings, one of which is attached to the original Wagner Hotel, a historic hotel building that dates back to the late 1800s. The work on the new buildings includes: Underground feeds from incoming DTE transformers, building services, branch feeds, lighting feeds, HVAC system feeds, data rough in, complete fire alarm system, custom light fixtures, and all lighting control systems.
